I started working at the University of Utah at the end of May 1989 as a mainframe computer operator for the Marriott Library. I transitioned to supporting end users at the library, with Novell being the primary networking technology. I ended up moving to an end-user computer support position for the School of Business in 1994. During the time I have worked at the School of Business, my role has shifted from computer support to a role dedicated to AV technology. I currently manage AV technology for all classrooms, conference rooms, breakout-study rooms, and all digital signage at the School of Business. I have enjoyed my years of work at the University of Utah and am looking forward to retirement in six years.
