My professional journey began as an executive assistant at the University of Utah Hospital back in 2016. After 9 years, I decided to transition into development. For the past year, I've been an integral part of the ServiceNow department, focusing on the ITSM area. In my current role, I'm responsible for building Catalog Items, Inbound Actions, Notifications, Flows, and data uploads. My passion for continuous learning drives me to constantly expand my skills as a developer. Outside of work, I cherish the time spent with my wife and two children, and we're excitedly awaiting the arrival of our third child.
