With 25 years of experience in IT, Hayden built a career grounded in systems management, operational support, and a growing focus on cybersecurity. His early work in the financial sector involved managing outbound dialer operations and enterprise systems for a major credit card company. At the University, he initially supported Student Affairs by managing domain services, Exchange servers, and key applications, with his focus on secure and reliable operations.

Today, Hayden works in the Information Security Office, where he manages the Tanium platform and assists with a variety of security tools and initiatives. His passion lies in safeguarding the digital infrastructure that supports patients, students, faculty, and staff. He's committed to building resilient systems, promoting security awareness, and working with many great professionals to ensure that the University remains a safe and trusted environment for learning and innovation.
