I have worked for the University for more than twenty years, starting at the Campus Help Desk where anyone around in the 2010s heard my voice on a phone tree.
I'm now a site reliability engineer on the WADA team, and most of my time is spent working with Linux, Kubernetes, APIs, and the software developers in USS to ensure that the University's core web applications are available when you want to use them.
When I'm not at work, I'd prefer to be whitewater rafting.
