Barb Iannucci

Barb Iannucci has spent more than two decades helping shape the digital experience at the University of Utah. After earning a degree in Computer Science from the university, she joined the David Eccles School of Business as Senior Webmaster and developed a passion for building effective, user-focused websites and services. Over the years, she has held a variety of technology leadership roles and now serves as Director of Digital Experience & CRM within University Information Technology (UIT).
In her current role, Barb leads a team that provides enterprise web support for the university, overseeing platforms such as Modern Campus and FormAssembly while partnering with stakeholders across campus to improve digital experiences. Her experience spans web governance, content management, accessibility, digital strategy, UX, and organizational change. Barb enjoys helping institutions navigate the challenges of managing web ecosystems at scale while keeping the needs of users at the center of every decision.
